Celebration of Life will take place at 12 noon on March 9,2017 at The Miracle Center of Faith Missionary Baptist Church 9151 Hampton Overlook Drive Captiol Heights,MD 20743. She will lie in state from 11 am until time of service. Burial will take place at the White/ Overton Family Cemetery Belvidere,NC.
