With sincere compassion and concern, the Horton Family stands hand in hand with the relatives of Mr. Willie Edward Felton Sr., as they prepare to celebrate his lasting legacy. On Sunday, December 1, 2019 at 2pm at First Baptist Missionary Church a Celebration of Life will be called to order with Rev. Johnthan S. Franklin officiating. Immediately following the recessional out of the sanctuary, Mr.Felton's physical temple along with his cherished family will be escorted to the Cedarwood cemetery in Hertford, NC for Interment Rites.
