William Brickhouse

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William "Scott" Brickhouse, 61, of Edenton Nc. Scott peacefully passed away while surrounded by family on August 4th 2025, after just a short battle with cancer.
Scott was born on April 22nd 1964 to "Gwen"dolyn Brickhouse and William "Stan"ley Brickhouse in Norfolk Va. Scott dedicated his life to being an amazing father, husband, grandfather, and Auto Technician. He was honest, hard working, and loved to fix everyone's cars except his own. Scott had a kind heart, always knew how to light up a room, and his sense of humor could make anyone smile. He enjoyed spending his time, in his garage, on his golf cart, always having a good time, while with family or friends. His warm smile, infectious laughter, and kind spirit touched the lives of all who crossed his path. Scott was preceded by his parents Gwen and Stan.

He leaves behind his amazing wife Cindy Brickhouse, and his 3 children, Michael Brickhouse, Larry Tickle (wife, Tanya), and Loren Brickhouse. Scott is also survived by 9 beautiful grandbabies, whom he spoiled and loved deeply along with his sister Patricia Jo. God gained a mechanic he can count on.
