Virginia Lee Revell

It is with sincere sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Mrs. Virginia Lee Revell as she peacefully answered the Master's call on Thursday, June 16, 2022. 

Services Remembering a Life Well-Lived will begin with a visitation on Saturday, June 25, 2022 between the moments of 6pm and 8pm at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations where Mrs. Revell will lie in peaceful repose. On Sunday, June 26, 2022 commencing at 1pm there will be a Triumphant Legacy Celebration in the sanctuary of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.

Immediately following the order of service, an intimate Committal Service will come forth in the New Bethel Church Cemetery. It is in this place that her physical temple will remain until time is called into eternity and those who are sleep in Christ will rise first to meet Him in the air.

As hard as it will be for Virginia’s loved ones to depart without her, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”
