It is with sincere sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Ms. Valerie Stacy Burke who peacefully answered the Master's call on November 10,2022 surrounded by her loving family at her residence.

Moments have been etched in time for family and friends to pay homage to Valerie on Friday November 18,2022 at 1pm where the Celebration of Life Service will be called to order in the Chapel of Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations with Pastor Kera Johnson, Officiating. Viewing will take place at 12noon until time of service. As hard as it will be for Valerie’s loved ones to depart without her, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”
