Trevon Courtney Moore

With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, the Horton’s Funeral Home Family joins with the family of Trevon Courtney Moore as they say “Until We Reunite."  Mr. Moore transitioned from this life on Sunday, January 9, 2022. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Trevon have been finalized and will commence on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 beginning with a viewing between the hours of 10-11am at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. The Service of Remembrance will take place on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 11am at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Norfolk, Virginia with Pastor Davis, Officiating.  

Following the order of service, Mr. Moore’s physical temple along with his cherished loved ones will be escorted to Forest Lawn Cemetery for Interment Rites.
