Obituary
With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family joins with the family of Mr. Torry Deshon Cooper as they prepare to say “Rest In Peace”. Mr. Cooper transitioned from this life on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
A Viewing and Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 5pm-7pm at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 1pm at Fellowship and Worship Center. Immediately following the services in the sanctuary, Torry’s earthen vessel along with his adored family will be escorted to Fellowship and Worship Center Cemetery for Interment Rites.
Boyz to Men said it best when they put pen to parchment and wrote these heart felt lyrics: " How does this family say goodbye to what they had; the good times that made those special to Torry laugh, will always outweigh the bad; his mother, father, family and friends thought they’d get to see forever, but since this past Tuesday forever has gone away.....it’s so hard to say goodbye to yesterday”
