Tony Sutton Obituary

With loving arms of compassion the Horton’s Funeral Home Family is consoling the heartbroken loved ones of Mr. Tony Donnell Sutton as they prepare to take a journey that no family wishes to take. Mr. Sutton closed the curtains of life on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Mr. Sutton have been finalized and will commence with a Viewing and Visitation on Sunday, April 30, 2023 from 5-7pm at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on the days of old and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this devastating loss. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 1pm at First Baptist Missionary Church with Pastor Shomari Bullard, Officiating.

Immediately following the formalities in the Sanctuary, Mr. Sutton’s earthen vessel along with his cherished family will be escorted to Cedarwood Cemetery for Committal Rites.

As hard as it will be for Tony’s loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow.
