Tony O’Neal Spencer

With many mixed emotions and understandably broken hearts, the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family joins with family of Mr. Tony O’Neal Spencer as they prepare to say “Until We Reunite." Mr.Spencer transitioned from this Life on August 23,2024 while resting in Plymouth, NC.

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Tony have been finalized and will commence with Viewing and visitation at Horton Memorial Chapel, Columbia, North Carolina, Saturday August 31,2024 from 6 to 7pm. The Celebration of Life will take place Sunday, September 1,2024 at 3pm at Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church Columbia, NC.

Following the life honoring services in the sanctuary, Mr. Spencer along with his adored family, will be escorted to her earthly resting place in the Chapel Hill Church Cemetery. 

As hard as it will be for Tony’s loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing....We’ll understand it better all by and by.”

His legacy of kindness and boundless energy will continue to inspire those who knew him, as they hold onto the cherished memories of the times they shared.
