Timothy Steward

The moment has been determined by God and the task has been given to Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations to advise everyone, that Mr. Timothy Steward exited the Vidant Medical Center on Thursday, July 14, 2022, leaving his bags behind but holding the hands of two angels dressed in all White. No one said anything because all knew where he was going. 

The Glorious and Triumphant Life Celebration events have been methodically orchestrated and will proceed in the following order.  Beginning on Saturday, July 23, 2022 between the hours of 5pm and 7pm at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremation, Mr. Steward will lie in state for a final glimpse for family and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 3:30pm at Bethlehem Apostolic Faith Church of God and Christ with Dr. Kera Johnson, Eulogist. 

Immediately following the order of service, an intimate Committal Service will come forth in the Tucker Family Cemetery. It is in this place that his physical temple will remain until time is called into eternity and those who are sleep in Christ will rise first to meet Him in the air.

Although it will be a major adjustment for his family with Timothy no longer being present to enjoy precious moments, all can find comfort realizing he is sitting at the Welcome Table with all of the saints that have gone on before him, beholding the Master’s Glory as he receives his golden keys and his crown of righteousness.

Guests are being received at his residence located at 238 Meads Circle Hertford, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Horton Ebony Motorcade.
