The book of Job declared "the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, blessed be the name of the Lord." It is with genuine sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly departure of Ms. Taneshia Monique Lane. Ms. Lane moved into her Heavenly home on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

A Graveside Service to remember this precious jewel will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 1pm in the Clayton Family Cemetery in Sladesville, NC.

Although Ms. Lane’s family will leave that earthly resting place without this virtuous woman, they will rest knowing that she is now among the Heavenly Hosts singing that glorious hymn "When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus, we will sing and shout the victory."
