An intimate and meaningful Service of Remembrance for Shelvia, will take place on Saturday November 23,2024 at 12 noon at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel Hertford,NC with Dr. Darius J. Horton, officiating. Viewing and Visitation will take place from 11am until time of service. During these moments, each participant and attendee can reflect on the fond memories of Shelvia and console her loving relatives as they say “farewell” to such a special young lady.

Guests are being received at 106 Center Cross Drive Elizabeth City, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Horton Ebony Motorcade.
