With tender hands of compassion and genuine hearts of love, the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family joins with the devoted loved ones of Ms. Shayla Elizabeth Gordon as they prepare to say “Until We Meet Again." Ms. Gordon was greeted by her loving Savior Jesus Christ along with others in the Heavenly Host on Sunday, August 1, 2021.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday August 21,2021 at 1pm at Calvary Chapel Church Elizabeth City.
She leaves her two daughters, Jasmine Gordon, Destiny Gordon; granddaughter Aubrielle; stepson Andre; twin sister, Sheila Elizabeth Floyd of Brooklyn, NY, sisters, Jocelyn and Joanne Gordon of Dallas, Texas. brothers, Lester and Darryel Gordon of Brooklyn, NY, Willie Gordon of Phoenix, AZ and James Gordon of Hertford NC; and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
