Sarah Marie “Bone” Privott

With sincere compassion and concern, the Horton Family stands hand in hand with the relatives of Ms. Sarah Marie Privott affectionately called “Bone” as they prepare to celebrate her lasting legacy. Ms. Privott transitioned into eternal rest on Wednesday May 22,2024 while resting in Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York.

Services commemorating this priceless gem will be held Saturday June 8,2024 at 11am at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel. Viewing and Visitation will take place from 10am until time of service.

Bone’s delicate temple along with her adored family will be escorted to the Beaver Hill Cemetery for committal rights. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on the days of old and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this devastating loss. 

Guests are being received at 106 Center Cross Drive Elizabeth City,NC 27909 where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Horton Ebony Motorcade.
