With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, the Horton Family joins with the family of Mr. Samuelle MacKenzie Copeland affectionally called “Sammie”as they prepare to say “Rest In Peace”. Mr. Copeland entered into eternal rest on April 9, 2026
On April 20,2026 at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel beginning promptly at 11am a Celebratory Memorial Gathering of Remembrance will be held at Hortons Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel. Viewing and Visitation will take place from 10am until time of service. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on the days of old and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this devastating loss.
Samuelle leaves to cherish his memory: fiancée, Sasha Carmichael; parents, Mac and Symanthia Copeland; sisters, Tabatha Holley and Aerial Holder; brother, Mac Holder; grandparent, Pauline Holley (Leroy, deceased); aunts and uncles, Leroy Holley III, Oliver Holley (Lynette), Wallace Holley, Gwendolyn McWhite (Wesley), Pamela Akinfolarin (Idowu), Shirley Brooks (Vernon), Rena Jones (Lee), Mary Harris (James), Marshall Watson, and Annette Harvey; and a host of family and friends.
