The moment has come and the Horton’s Funeral Home Family has been given the solemn duty to announce that Ralph McCoy Hunter, is no longer troubled with the cares of this world but he is now resting among the Heavenly Host. Mr.Hunter began his life of everlasting peace on Thursday May 23,2024 while resting at his residence in Edenton, NC.
The Services honoring Ralph’s legacy will take place Friday May 31,2024 at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel Hertford, North Carolina with Pastor Nicole Spencer, officiating. Viewing and visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 to 8pm. Following the services in the chapel, Ralph’s delicate temple along with his adored family will be escorted to the Beaver Hill Cemetery for committal rights.
As difficult as it will be for his family to dismiss from this earthly resting place without Ralph, all will find solace knowing he is in that land where there is a tree and its leaves are good for the healing of all infirmities, the silver lining is just as the songwriter penned, “When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus we will sing and shout the victory.”
Guests are being received at the residence of the deceased residence located at 2305 Lynnhaven Drive Edenton,NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Horton Ebony Motorcade.
