It is with sincere sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Mr. R L Williams as he answered the Master's call on April 25, 2024.

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Mr. Williams have been finalized and will commence with a Celebration of Life on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 1pm at Hortons Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel. Mr. Williams will lie in peaceful repose from 12Noon until time of service. 

Following the life honoring services in the chapel, Mr. Williams along with his adored family, will be escorted to his earthly resting place in the Beaver Hill Cemetery for Committal Rights. 

As hard as it will be for Mr. Williams’ loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”

The professionals at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations are accommodating each request and personal desire of the Williams and connected families.
