Peter Bryant Olds

With heavy hearts and solemn emotions, the loved ones of Mr. Peter Bryant Olds are preparing to say “so long” to a vital link to their family’s chain and are being assisted with this difficult task by the Horton’s Funeral Home Family. Mr. Olds went down to the ticketing office on Friday, July 7, 2023 and the train conductor Jesus Christ issued him a boarding pass bound for life in Paradise. 

On Friday, July 21, 2023, commencing at 12noon, a Loving Farewell Ceremony will take place in the Main Sanctuary of Tabernacle Worship Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. A Walk-Through Viewing will take place at Beach Funeral Services in Virginia Beach on Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 4pm-6pm. 

Immediately following the formalities in the sanctuary, Mr. Olds’ physical temple along with his adored family, will be escorted to the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia for Interment Rites. 

Although Mr. Olds closed the drapes on this daily walk called life, those whom he loved and loved him can find solace knowing he has walked into the Garden of Rest where everyday is as peaceful and beautiful as a bright Sunday morning and the sunlight brightens the day from the rays of our Heavenly Father.
