Perry David Bennett

Perry David Bennett , known as Buddy to his family and friends was born December 30,1938 in Crow, West Virginia to Ocie and Mason Bennett. Buddy died November 18,2025 at his residence in Holiday Island surrounded by his loving family after a short illness.

He married Lena Plumley of Crow,West Virginia September 28,1968 . He enjoyed fishing and camping , he loved the outdoors even for just a walk .  He enjoyed feeding the wildlife in his later years .

He is survived by his Loving wife, Lena; son, David(Gina); grandchildren Candace(Krys), Zachary (Amanda);  great grandkids, Jaycie, Autumn, Makenna, Samuel , Carter , Gabriel ; sisters,Peggy and Charlotte(Ray).

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert (Cloetta) and great granddaughter Alice Mae.
