It is with sincere sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Ms. Lottie Elaine Shearin Newton as she peacefully answered the Master's call on August 6, 2023.
Lottie E. Shearin was born August 21, 1950. She departed this life on August 6, 2023.
Lottie is preceded in death by her father, Henry J Shearin; her mother, Sallie R. Paschall, and a sister, Mildred M. Atkinson.
Lottie leaves precious memories to her children, Dorothy A. Austin, Charles Shook, Wayne Shook, Herman W. Edmonds and Jeanene Carpenter; siblings, Doug H. Shearing (Linda), Mary E. Jorstad, Delores I. Sergent, Hunter J. Shearin (Cheryl), Betty M. Albis (Leo), Donna S. Farmer, and Linda K. Lawrence (Buck); grandchildren, James Brooks Jr., Summer Oxender, Amber M. Edmonds, Hailee M. Edmonds; a very special niece Darlene M. Hendrick; 3 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews
