With sincere compassion and concern, the Horton Family stands hand in hand with the relatives of Mrs. Julia Maxine Bryant Williams as they prepare to celebrate her lasting legacy. Mrs. Williams transitioned into eternal rest on Friday, February 28, 2025 receiving her heavenly summons while resting at Currituck Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A Triumphant Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 1pm at Haven Creek Baptist Church with Elder Ernestine Blount, Eulogist and Reverend Ray Hill, Pastor/Officiating. A Viewing and Visitation will take place from 12Noon until time of service. It will be an adjustment for Mrs. Williams’ family and friends not being able to spend time with her any longer while here. However, the silver lining is just as the songwriter penned, “When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus we will sing and shout the victory.”
Immediately following the order of service, a Committal Service will come forth in the Haven Creek Church Cemetery. It is in this place that her physical temple will remain until time is called into eternity and those who are sleep in Christ will rise first to meet Him in the air.
The professionals at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations are accommodating each request and personal desire of the Williams and connected families.
