Joseph Lee “SyBaby” Beasley Jr.

With heavy hearts and solemn emotions, the loved ones of Mr. Joseph Lee Beasley Jr. affectionately known as “SyBaby” are preparing to say “so long” to a vital link to their family’s chain and are being assisted with this difficult task by the Horton’s Funeral Home Family. Mr. Beasley went down to the ticketing office on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 and the train conductor Jesus Christ issued him a boarding pass bound for life in Paradise. 

On Saturday, August 12, 2023, commencing at 11am, a Loving Farewell Ceremony will take place in the sanctuary of White Oak Baptist Church in Tyner, North Carolina. Immediately following the formalities in the sanctuary, Mr. Beasley’s physical temple along with his adored family, will be escorted to the Beaver Hill Cemetery for Interment Rites. 

Although Mr. Beasley closed the drapes on this daily walk called life, those whom he loved and loved him can find solace knowing he has walked into the Garden of Rest where everyday is as peaceful and beautiful as a bright Sunday morning and the sunlight brightens the day from the rays of our Heavenly Father.
