Johnny Frankie Bowen Jr.

With loving arms of compassion the Horton’s Funeral Home Family is consoling the heartbroken loved ones of Mr. Johnny Frankie Bowen Jr. as they prepare to take a journey that no family wishes to take. Mr. Bowen closed the curtains of life on Monday, May 2, 2022.

Born November 25, 1938 to Johnny F. Bowen, Sr. and Gladys. He was preceeded in death by a son, Roman F. Bowen, parents, Gladys and Johnny F. Bowen Sr., Brother, Bobby and his wife Barbara Bowen. He is survived by wife of 62 years, Alene J. Bowen; sisters, D. Marie Anderson of Summerville, SC; Carolyn Rogerson “Jerry” of Santee, SC. Special thanks to my sister, Eloise and Bobby Cherry, Lollie Biggs, David and family, for their support during this time. Special thanks for Hospice staff for their help.

Private services will be held.
