Jeanette Welch Peterson

With sincere compassion and concern, the Horton Family stands hand in hand with the relatives of Mrs. Jeanette Welch Peterson as they prepare to celebrate her lasting legacy. Mrs. Peterson transitioned into eternal rest on Wednesday January 2, 2025 receiving her heavenly summons while resting at ECU Medical Center in Greenville, NC. 

Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 13, 2024 at 1pm at Greater Welch’s Chapel Baptist Church It will be an adjustment for Mrs. Peterson family and friends not being able to spend time with her any longer while here.  However, the silver lining is just as the songwriter penned, “When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus we will sing and shout the victory.” 

Following the life honoring services in the sanctuary, Mrs. Peterson along with her adored family, will be escorted to her earthly resting place in the Beaver Hill Cemetery.
