With loving arms of compassion the Horton’s Funeral Home Family is consoling the heartbroken loved ones of Ms. Janet Denise Fulford as they prepare to take a journey that no family wishes to take. Ms. Fulford closed the curtains of life on June 24, 2021 while resting at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering Service for Janet have been finalized and will commence on Saturday July 3,2021 at 1pm at Mattamuskeet High School Swanquarter, NC.

Immediately following the formalities in the gymnasium, Janet’s earthen vessel along with his cherished family will be escorted to Brown Memorial Cemetery for Committal Rites.

Although the Fulford family’s tree will never be the same without Janet the Hymnologist said it best when he put pen to parchment and composed these Lordlike lyrics: “Ain’t it sweet just to know, one day we’ll meet, in that sweet by-and-by, we’ll be together....ain’t it sweet just to know, one day we’ll meet.
