Henry Clay “Dakaboo” Skinner

With tender hearts and compassionate hands, the Horton’s  Funeral Home Family announces the earthy transition of a gentle soul, Mr. Henry Clay Skinner quietly stepped out of life's backdoor to meet his Heavenly Father on Monday, April 29, 2024. 

A Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 1pm Hortons Funeral Home and Cremations. Mr. Skinner will lie in peaceful repose from 12Noon until time of service. As hard as it will be for Henry’s loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.
