Helen Evelyn (Harris) Walker

With an abundance of love and concern, the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family is embracing the loved ones of Mrs. Helen Evelyn Walker, as they prepare to say “Farewell” to a link to their family chain. Mrs. Walker closed the curtains on this journey called life Wednesday, July 17, 2024. 

Services to commemorate Mrs. Walker’s life, will begin a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 commencing at 1pm at Pleasant Grove AME Zion Church. Mrs. Walker will lie in peaceful repose from 12Noon until time of service. 

Although this is a task that no family wishes to partake, God promised to give them a strength that surpasses all understanding and He can do what no other power can do. 

The Compassionate Professionals of Horton’s Funeral Home are walking hand in hand with this precious family during this period.
