With sincere compassion and concern, the Horton Family stands hand in hand with the relatives of Ms. Felicia Wills as they prepare to celebrate her lasting legacy. Ms. Wills transitioned into eternal rest on Monday, July 1, 2024 receiving her heavenly summons while resting at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC. 

A Triumphant Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11am at Edenton United Methodist Church with Apostle Edna Hathaway-Lawrence, Officiating. It will be an adjustment for Ms. Wills’ family and friends not being able to spend time with her any longer while here.  However, the silver lining is just as the songwriter penned, “When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus we will sing and shout the victory.” 

Immediately following the order of service, a  Committal Service will come forth in the Beaver Hill Cemetery. It is in this place that her physical temple will remain until time is called into eternity and those who are sleep in Christ will rise first to meet Him in the air.
