Elder Billy White Sr.

What a solemn day it is to announce that God’s role model of a man has crossed the swelling tide. Elder Billy White Sr. stood on the banks of Jordan Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at his residence and saw the Ship of Zion come sail by, once he looked up and saw it was Jesus himself was the captain of the ship, he quietly tiptoed out of the room and stepped onboard. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Elder White have been finalized and will commence with a The Glorious and Triumphant Life Celebration Service will be called to order from the Main Sanctuary of New Mt. Zion Church of God In Christ Deliverance Center on Tuesday, October  3, 2023 at 1pm. Elder White will lie in state from 12Noon until time of service. 

Immediately following the formalities in the sanctuary, Elder White’s physical temple along with his adored family, will be escorted to the Cedarwood Cemetery for Interment Rites.

Now that he has finally met the Man he has witnessed to others about for so many years and been honored to sit at the feet of the one he prayed to, not to mention beholding the beauty of the one he taught his children about, his spirit is satisfied and when the trumpet is sounded and the sky opens once and for all, the Master Himself will call his name saying, "Billy, you’ve been faithful, you’ve been true and you’ve done all you could ever do and for your faithfulness, ITS YOUR TIME."
