Eddie Lashelle Miller

It is with sincere sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Mr. Eddie L. Miller as he peacefully answered the Master's call on Saturday, December 2, 2023. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Mr. Miller have been finalized and will commence with a Celebration of Life on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 12Noon at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations. Mr. Miller will lie in peaceful repose from 11am until time of service. 

Following the life honoring services in the chapel, Mr. Miller along with his adored family, will be escorted to his earthly resting place in the Johnson Family Cemetery in Winfall, NC. 

As hard as it will be for Eddie’s loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.” 

The Professionals at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations are accommodating each request and personal desire of the Miller and connected families.
