With many mixed emotions and understandably broken hearts, the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family joins with family of Mrs. Dorothy Harvey Keith as they prepare to say “Until We Reunite." Mrs. Keith transitioned from this Life on May 27,2023 while resting at her residence in Edenton, NC.

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Dorothy have been finalized and will commence on Saturday, June 10,2023 at 11am at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations.

As hard as it will be for Dorothy’s loved ones to depart without her, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing....We’ll understand it better all by and by.”
