The moment has been determined by God and the task has been given to Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations to advise everyone, that Ms. Debra A. Reese exited the Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia November 29th, leaving her bags behind but holding the hands of two angels dressed in all White. No one said anything because all knew where she was going.

Services are in the planning stages and will be finalized momentarily.
