With tender hands of compassion and genuine hearts of love, the Horton Family joins with the devoted loved ones of Mrs. DeWanda Sue Plummer as they prepare to say “until we meet again."  Mrs. Plummer was greeted by her loving Savior Jesus Christ on May 26,2023 at her residence.

Her loving family will Celebrate her Life, Light and Legacy with hours of Viewing and Visitation on Tuesday ,May 30,2023 between the hours of 5pm and 7pm at Hortons Funeral Home and Cremations. During this time, family and friends can gather and remember better days with Mrs.Plummer while relying on their faith to get them through this difficult time.

As hard as it will be for DeWanda loved ones to depart without her, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”
