Daniel Lloyd “Danny” Farquhanson

As all remain in extreme sorrow and astonishing disbelief, the Horton’s Funeral Home Family joins with the family of Daniel Lloyd Farquhanson affectionately known as “Danny” as they prepare to say, “Until We Reunite. Danny transitioned from this Life on Monday December 16,2024. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Danny have been finalized and will commence on Sunday, December 22, 2024 beginning with a viewing and visitation at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations between the hours of 6pm and 8pm.  A Service of Remembrance will take place on Monday December 23, 2024 at 1pm at First Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Shomari Bullard, Pastor and Rev. Terrance White, Eulogist. As hard as it will be for Danny’s loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing....We’ll understand it better all by and by.”

Following the order of service, Danny’s physical temple along with his cherished loved ones will be escorted to the Cedar Wood Cemetery for Interment Rites. 

Guests are being received at the residence of the deceased located at 106 A East Railroad Hertford,NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Horton Ebony Motorcade.
