Cecil Swain Jr.

With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, the Horton’s  Funeral Home and Cremations Family joins with the family of Mr. Cecil Swain Jr. as they prepare to say “Rest In Peace”. Mr. Swain transitioned from this life on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023  at 11am at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations. As hard as it will be for Cecil’s loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”
