The moment has come and the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family has been given the solemn duty to announce that Ms. Carolyn Rose Demery is no longer troubled with the cares of this world but she is now resting among the Heavenly Host. Ms. Demery began her life of everlasting peace on Saturday, March 12, 2022.
The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Carolyn have been finalized and will commence on Friday, March 18, 2022 beginning with viewing and visitation at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations between the hours of 6pm and 8pm. Ms. Demery’s family will climax her life remembrance with a “Loving Farewell” Ceremony beginning at 11am at Riddick Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Jacob Burke, Officiating and Pastor Oliver Kee, Eulogist.
Immediately following the formalities in the Sanctuary, Ms. Demery’s earthen vessel along with her cherished family will be escorted to the Smith Demery Family Cemetery for Committal Rites.
Although it will be a major adjustment for her family with Carolyn no longer being present to enjoy precious moments, all can find comfort realizing she is sitting at the Welcome Table with all of the saints that have gone on before her, beholding the Master’s Glory as she receives her golden keys and crown of righteousness.
The professionals at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations are accommodating each request and personal desire of the Demery and connected families.
