It is with sincere sadness that the Horton Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Mr. Carlton Dean Norfleet who peacefully answered the Master's call on August 13,2024 surrounded by his loving family.

Moments have been etched in time for family and friends to pay homage to Carlton on Thursday August 21,2025 at 1pm where the Celebration of Life Service will be called to order in the Chapel of Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations with Pastor Earl Norfleet, Officiating. Viewing will take place at 12noon until time of service. As hard as it will be for Carlton’s loved ones to depart without him,God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”
