Brenda Joyce (Harrell) Edwards

It is with sincere sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Mrs. Brenda Joyce Harrell Edwards as she peacefully answered the Master's call on Monday, August 21, 2023 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. 

Private services will be held. 

Brenda was beautiful on the inside and out and loved so dearly by her family and friends.  She loved with all her heart and would do anything for those she loved. Brenda was the most kind, sweet, giving, caring and loving person.  She is loved so much and will be truly missed.

Brenda is survived by her daughter Donna Weeks and husband, Allen; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and two sisters, Joan and Terry.

The Professionals at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations are accommodating each request and personal desire of the Edwards and connected families.
