With a multitude of compassion and concern, the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family announces the earthly departure of Mr. Antrone Joel Burke. Mr. Burke pulled the drapes on this journey called life on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Mr. Burke have been finalized and will commence with a viewing and visitation on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 6pm-8pm at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel. A Celebration of Life service will commence Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 11am at Riddick’s Grove Baptist Church.
Immediately following the formalities in the Sanctuary, Mr. Burke’s earthen vessel along with his cherished family will be escorted to Burke Family Cemetery for Committal Rites.
As hard as it will be for Antrone’s loved ones to depart without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”
