Angela Faye Scarborough

It is with sincere sadness that the Horton’s Funeral Home Family announces the earthly transition of Ms. Angela Faye Scarborough as she peacefully answered the Master's call on Sunday, September 24, 2023. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Ms. Scarborough have been finalized and will commence with a Graveside Service on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 2pm at Roanoke Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Garysburg, North Carolina.Viewing and Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 4,2023 from 5pm-7pm at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Hertford, NC.

As hard as it will be for Angela’s loved ones to depart without her, God our Heavenly Father promised to give peace that will surpass all of our understanding even in the midst of grief and sorrow. The hymnologist said it best... when he put pen to parchment writing.... “We’ll understand it better all by and by.”  

The Professionals at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations are accommodating each request and personal desire of the Scarborough and connected families.
