Alfonzo Snowden

With many mixed emotions and understandably broken hearts, the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Family joins with family of Mr. Alfonzo Snowden as they prepare to say “Until We Reunite." Mr. Snowden transitioned from this Life on January 7, 2025. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Alfonzo has been finalized and will commence with a Celebration of Life on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 2pm at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations with Rev. John Shannon, Officiating. Mr. Snowden will lie in peaceful repose from 1pm until time of service. 

It will be an adjustment for Alfonzo’s family and friends not being able to spend time with him any longer while here.  However, the silver lining is just as the songwriter penned, “When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus we will sing and shout the victory.” 

His legacy of kindness and boundless energy will continue to inspire those who knew him, as they hold onto the cherished memories of the times they shared.
