With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, the Horton Family joins with the family of Mrs. Alberta Jones as they prepare to say “Rest In Peace”. Mrs Jones entered into eternal rest on November 6,2025 in Elizabeth City, NC.

On November 20,2025 at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel beginning promptly at 5pm a Celebratory Memorial Gathering of Remembrance will be held at Hortons Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on the days of old and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this devastating loss.
