With heavy hearts and solemn emotions the loved ones of Mr. Kevin Lamont Fields are preparing to say “so long” to a vital link to their family’s chain and are being assisted with this difficult task by the Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremation Family.  Mr. Fields went down to the ticketing office while in Charleston,SC on Thursday May 23,2019 and the train conductor Jesus Christ issued him a boarding pass bound for life in Paradise.

Services to commemorate the legacy of Mr.Fields will begin with a public visitation on Thursday May 30,2019 between the hours of 1pm and 2pm where Mr. Fields will lie in a tranquil repose in the Sanctuary of First Zion Grove Baptist Church Roper, NC. Following the public visitation the events will climax with a Celebration of Life Service at 2pm with his uncle Rev. Sammy Fields delivering the eulogy. Following the celebration in the house of God, Mr. Fields along with his adored family will be escorted to the Simmons Cemetery for Interment Rites.
