Celebration of Life for “MEL” will be held 12 Noon, Saturday, February 16,2019 at Hortons Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel Hertford, NC. Viewing will take place on Friday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.During both days, family and visitors can reminisce on the days of old and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this devastating loss.
