Deborah E. Demery

Submitting to the predestined will of God, our personal and funeral home family are consoling the remaining loved ones of Prophetess Deborah Eileen Demery as they attempt to cope with this great loss. The Demery family circle was forever changed early Sunday morning, July 29,2018 when Prophetess Deborah quietly went to sleep in the bosom of Jesus Christ at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation Hertford, NC. 

The service that will honor this priceless jewel has been orchestrated by her devoted family and will begin on Saturday Morning August 4, 2018 at 10am with viewing and visitation at the Riddick Grove Baptist Church. Commencing at 11am the Triumphant Service of Celebration remembering this virtuous woman will commence with her devoted pastor Rev. Millie B. Jordan, delivering the Eulogy. Following the order of divine worship in the sanctuary, Prophetess Demery’s delicate temple along with her adored family will be escorted to the Smith Family Cemetery for Committal Rites. One can only imagine the void Prophetess Demery’s family will have doing things that once involved her but all can find solace knowing that this world was simply a dressing room. Now she has received her glorious crown of righteousness and beautiful custom long white robe and she is walking the streets paved with pure gold awaiting for that day when she will see all of her loved ones yet again in glory. 

She is preceded to glory by her parents, Wright and Emma and her eldest sister, Semoria Demery Mack. Left to cherish her memory on earth are Carolyn Demery, her sister; Tommie Mack, her brother in law; two nephews, Torrence and Cornelius Mack; two nieces, Stephanie Mack and Vereaqqkaa Gray; three great nephews, TiShawn Gray, Cameron and Seth Mack; and, two great-great nephews TiShawn Jr and Torrence Gray.  And, her life is being celebrated by a myriad of additional relatives, friends and beloved ones.
