David Lee Watford

Mr. David Lee Watford was called to his heavenly home on July 5,2017 at his residence.

Celebration of Life will take place Wednesday July 12,2017 at 2pm at First Baptist Church Roduca. Viewing will take place on Tuesday from 6-8pm at the church.

​David Lee Watford was born in Hertford County on June 23, 1948 to the late George and Katherine Watford. He departed this life on July 5, 2017 at his home. He was preceded in death by, two sisters, Ruth Watford and Alice Holloman and Two brothers, George Watford Jr. and James Watford.He attended public school at Amanda S. Cherry, then later attended Robert L Vann.  He worked as a farmer until his health declined.

​David leaves to cherish his memories, two sisters, Mary Wiggins of Murfreesboro NC; and Almarie Edwards (Lawrence) of Ahoskie, NC; Brothers, Eddie Heckstall of Brooklyn, NY, and Charlie Ray Watford of Pompano, FL; a special daughter Yvette Baffour, of the home; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
