Celebration of Life will take place Sunday February 19,2017 at 1pm at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Hertford,NC with Dr. William M. Sawyer, officiating. Burial will follow in Beaver Hill Cemetery Edenton,NC

Rhonda leaves to cherish her memories to her loving husband Von Gaskins; her children Jaylil, Nadiya, Na’Jah; Sisters Priscilla (Anthony Perry) Fayetteville, NC, Kecia Phelps, Edenton, NC, Lexsene (Van Beasley) Tyner, NC, Trevis Phelps, Edenton, NC and Sheena Phelps, Edenton, NC; Brother William Jr. (Tyeshia Phelps) Edenton, NC; Grandmother Annie Phelps, Edenton, NC and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins,other relatives and friends.
